ONDAS: UM DIA DE NUVENS LISTRADAS VINDAS DO MAR 
INSTALAÇÃO INTERATIVA, LOOP  /  2006-2014
Com este trabalho, cujo título é uma frase do livro O retrato do artista quando jovem, de James Joyce, pretendi aproximar, numa instalação que integrasse duas projeções, dois sentidos da palavra onda: movimento do mar e pulsação da energia. Na tela frontal, são projetadas as ondas do mar; no piso, a areia da praia. O que o espectador tem diante de si é o acúmulo vertical das ondas, até que a tela se encha como um copo d’água. No piso, estamos sobre a intensidade de ida e volta de cada onda. Uma tela transborda sobre a outra.


WAVES: A DAY OF DAPPLED SEABORNE CLOUDS

With this work, which title is a phrase taken from the book of James Joyce A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, I intended to bring together, in one installation that integrated two projections, two senses of the word wave: sea movement and energy pulse. On the frontal screen, sea waves are projected; on the floor, the beach sand. What the spectator has in front of himself is the vertical accumulation of waves, until the screen is filled up like a glass of water. On the floor, we stand on the intensity of the coming and going of each wave. One screen pours into another.
